This is the original of the famous cutlery as it has been forged under the brand name "Eichenlaub" in Solingen, Germany since 1910. It is a dual riveted handle cutlery forged from one single piece of rustproof stainless steel. The "Eichenlaub" half handles are carefully fitted by hand, riveted, and finely polished.

They are made of "Paperstone", a new thermoplastic hard tissue under the use of recycled paper and phenolic resins. Should be hand-washed only, using running water and a little washing-up liquid.
